This is the original photo that I took. I find this image has good aspects within it such as the females positioning and the white path that fades into the background, however I find that more can be done to this image to make it better such as changing the filter of the image using photoshop.
This is the first stage of my photo. I changed the filter on the image to diffuse glow which made all the white look as though it's glowing and stand out.The next stage was copying the image and flipping it over and placing it next to the first image. This gives it a mirrored effect. I chose to do this as the idea was that she is lonely and by adding the same image reversed, it makes it look as though she only has herself to rely on. It also creates a clear placing for the writing to go which would make it stand out.
This is the final stage. Here I added the artists name and the single name to the front cover. I placed it in the gap between the white ground which means that it is visible and readable. I made the title white so that it matches the theme of white. (Find out the name of the font)
Back Cover:
This is the original photo I took for my back cover. I like the females positioning and how she has shaped her body however the image it too bland and dull. This is the next stage of my photo. With this photo, I changed the filter to diffused glow which is what I used on the front cover. This is so that the two covers match each other.
The next stage of my photo was mirroring the two images which I did on the front cover. This again carries on the theme from the front cover. I did this because I wanted it to look as if she is alone and has only herself for company and to rely on.

The next stage of creating my back cover digipak was I added the important and necessary parts that are required for a back cover. This includes the bar code and the copyright information. I placed these items where I placed them so that it is obvious that they are there but not so that they don't take focus away from the actual back cover.
The final stage of creating my back cover for my digipak was adding the writing. For the back cover, the writing was the song titles and the websites. I placed the song titles in between the two females in the image and in white so that they again continue on the theme from the front cover. I placed the websites at the bottom of the page and in between the bar code and the copyright information so that it's noticeable but not so noticeable that it takes away the attention from the song titles.Left Inside:
This is the first step to me left inside cover. This is my final front cover. To produce the inside left cover, I cropped a part of the front cover from this image to get the left panel. This is so that the colours and background matched throughout.

This is the final left inside cover. For this image I altered the filter to diffuse glow which gives it a frosty look.Right Inside:
This is the first step in creating the right inside panel. This image is a flip reverse of the left panel. It still has the diffused glow filter which again gives it a frosty look.
This is the final step. I added some lyrics from the chosen song and placed them in the centre of the cover. I chose a white font so that it continues on with the theme of white. It also matches the other font on all covers. I put the font in italics as it works better with the surroundings of the panel. It also gives the panel a calmer feel to it.
